His duties include analyzing and evaluating data for conservation and special projects, organizing and executing projects that involve coordination with member agency representatives and vendors, updating member agency information, and distributing communications in various formats. In addition, Kyle maintains and distributes the calendar of meetings, schedules agency events, composes or edits correspondence and reports, and provides overall assistance to the Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the BAWSCA office.

Prior to joining BAWSCA in November 2015, Kyle served in the AmeriCorps program, Civic Spark, a one year commitment to the governor’s environmental initiative to build capacity of local governments in order to address climate change in California.  During that time, he worked with the San Mateo County Energy Watch and BAWSCA as a Water Conservation Associate assisting San Mateo County K-12 schools with water conservation retrofits.  Kyle graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Studies from San Francisco State University.
