The Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) is hosting four (4) Water Supply Reliability Roundtable (Roundtable) discussions beginning in the Spring of 2022. Each meeting will bring together area leaders and experts in the water, wastewater, stormwater, and recycled water fields. The Roundtable discussions will provide an opportunity for networking, information sharing, and learning.
There are many water supply and conservation project and program opportunities underway (some in planning, others being implemented) throughout the region. Projects cover an array of recycled water efforts, stormwater and flood water control concepts, groundwater investigations, etc. All have the potential to create a local and/or regional water supply benefit, especially when viewed through the lens of the “One Water” concept. By learning more about what each of our organizations is working on and interested in, together we can identify opportunities for collaboration, funding, and execution.
The graphic below provides a visual representation of how BAWSCA sees each meeting progressing.
