Ray Mueller

Ray Mueller, Council Member

Mr. Mueller was appointed by the City of Menlo Park to the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) in December 2020. The city provides water to about 10,000 residents in two enclaves of the city, while other water purveyors serve the rest of the city’s residential, commercial and industrial customers.

 

Mr. Mueller was first elected to a four-year term on the Menlo Park City Council in November 2012. He served as Mayor Pro Tem in 2013, and as Mayor in 2014. He was re-elected to Council in November 2016, and in 2020. Ray is a graduate of the College of Natural Resources at UC Berkeley and obtained his law degree from UC Hastings College of Law.
