San Mateo County! Learn how you can capture rainwater at your school or home while also conserving water, saving money on irrigation costs, and helping prevent stormwater pollution.

Join Flows To Bay and the Gateway Center School community for a FREE hands-on rain barrel installation workshop at their school garden in San Mateo! You’ll learn how to set up a barrel for rain harvesting success from local installation expert, DIG Cooperative.

All ages are welcome to participate in the learning and the FUN! Snacks, water, and educational materials will be provided.

Interested in getting a rain barrel for your home? Every fall, Flows to Bay hosts a Rain Barrel Bulk Sale where San Mateo County residents can purchase barrels at a discount — and eligible participants may qualify for a local rebate of $50–$100 per barrel (for up to two barrels). Sign up for the waitlist now to be first in line for this year’s sale: https://form.jotform.com/212796970877173.
